LED Light Therapy
LED Light Therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses specific wavelengths of light to stimulate natural skin functions such as healing, collagen production, and inflammation control.
Safe for all skin types, LED can be used on its own or alongside other treatments to support clearer, calmer and more resilient skin.
It is commonly recommended for acne-prone skin, redness, or post-treatment recovery, with no downtime and a comfortable treatment experience.
Skin Needling
Skin needling, also known as collagen induction therapy, uses fine, medical-grade needles to create controlled micro-injuries that stimulate the skin’s natural repair process.
This encourages new collagen and elastin production, helping to improve texture, firmness, scarring and uneven tone.
Treatments are tailored to your skin type and concerns, with results building gradually over a series of sessions.
All procedures are performed using sterile, single-use cartridges in a clinical setting.

Tixel® Skin Rejuvenation
Tixel is a fractional skin resurfacing treatment that uses controlled heat, rather than laser or light, to activate collagen and stimulate skin regeneration.
It is ideal for treating fine lines, pigmentation, uneven texture, and periorbital ageing, including the upper and lower eyelids.
Tixel offers a customisable, lower-downtime alternative to laser resurfacing, and is suitable for a wide range of skin types, including more delicate or sensitive areas.
Chemical Peels
Chemical peels use precisely formulated solutions to exfoliate the skin, remove dead cells, and encourage fresh, healthy skin turnover.
Peels can be tailored in strength and type to address concerns such as dullness, congestion, pigmentation, or mild acne.
Results include brighter skin, smoother texture, and improved tone over time.
All peels at Allure Derma are selected and applied based on a professional skin consultation to ensure safety and suitability.

Acne Management
Our acne management services focus on supporting clearer skin through non-prescription, clinically guided treatments.
We assess your skin type, breakout pattern, and lifestyle factors to create a tailored care plan that may include LED therapy, chemical peels, extractions, and barrier repair.
We also provide product guidance to help manage acne-prone skin without irritation.
Where necessary, we’ll refer you to a GP or dermatologist for integrated care.
