Terms & Conditions

Introduction 

By booking an appointment at Allure Derma Cosmetic Skin Clinic, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure fairness, maintain appointment availability, and uphold safety and professionalism in a medical treatment environment.

Cancellation, No-Show & Reschedule Policy 

  • Notice period: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Late cancellations (under 48 hours): Will incur a 50% charge of the booking fee.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours: Will incur a 100% charge of the booking fee.

  • No-shows: Failure to attend without notice will result in a 100% charge of the booked service or forfeiture of the booking fee.

  • Late arrivals: Treatments will be shortened to fit within the scheduled time. The full fee still applies. If rescheduling is required due to lateness, a 100% fee will be charged.

  • Clients presenting sick: If you arrive unwell and treatment cannot proceed, the full treatment fee will be charged.

  • Partial cancellations: Dropping part of a booked treatment on the day will result in a fee to cover lost practitioner time.

  • Prepaid packages: Sessions missed due to late cancellations or no-shows will be forfeited.

Rescheduling 

  • Clients may reschedule once without penalty if more than 48 hours’ notice is given.

  • Reschedules within 24 hours will incur a 100% booking fee retention if the appointment cannot be filled.

  • Repeated rescheduling may require full prepayment, which will be forfeited if the appointment is not honoured.

  • Genuine emergencies will be considered at management’s discretion.

Phones & Children in the Clinic Policy 

Mobile Phones 

  • Phones must be on silent mode in treatment rooms.

  • Calls should be taken outside to avoid disturbing others.

  • Photography and recording are not permitted without prior consent.

Children 

  • For safety reasons, children are not permitted in treatment rooms.

  • Children may remain in the waiting area only if supervised by another adult.

  • Appointments may need to be rescheduled if childcare cannot be arranged.

Liability 

Allure Derma is not liable for loss, injury, or damage sustained on the premises except where required by law. Clients are responsible for following pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by practitioners.

Changes to Terms 

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
